We believe that connection, intimacy and good sex can arise only if we get rid of difficulties that lie in the way. We want to meet each other when we are at our very best. Looking beautiful, feeling open and receptive, ‘in for it’, feeling strong and balanced.

And for us humans that’s understandable, for probably during our lives we received more encouragement and acknowledgement when we showed up in that way. Meeting when we are not so in the mood, when we are down, afraid, shy, when we bleed or feel tired, seems quite tricky. Your partner can reject you or can feel disappointed. So we either try to squeeze ourselves in an image that we created of being a nice partner, we’re bulldozing over our problems and force our way in or we fence ourselves off and avoid contact. 

Nevertheless, bringing our vulnerability into the space of connection is the key to true intimacy. We can receive ourselves and our partner in a space of openness and love for the truth.

What are you going to do?

In the coaching sessions you will create space internally and between/around each other, a space to be. True intimacy evolves if you allow yourself and the other to be real, to be vulnerable, to not know, to be expanded.

You will work with powerful practices to explore the field of truth. You will not use the practice to solve a problem or to work towards a certain outcome. The practice provides space for the truth and the truth liberates (not your efforts to be free). By practicing regularly you’ll slowly build up safety and trust in your relationship. Trust that you can both hold space for the truth whatever it’s appearance.

In this work it might be difficult to be patient. For humans to be real is an ongoing invitation; there is no rush, no fixing...in itself this process of exploring, sharing, being vulnerable is challenging, rough and immensely beautiful. Sometimes this truthful relating is called ‘Golden Love’.

These sessions are valuable if you are willing to show up, if the both of you are longing for freedom and truth, come what may. Are you ready for meeting one another beyond the limiting structure of your ego’s?

Cancellation

The session can be cancelled or replaced for free until 24 hours before the planned time.

If cancelled within 24 hours the full costs are due.
