Binding

By accessing or otherwise using this website, you hereby agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth below. The mere use of this website implies the knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. In case of registration for one of our programs via our Ticket System, we ask you to explicitly agree.

Payment & Cancellation

Our Terms & Conditions include the payments terms and cancellation policy. For a detailed description of our Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy you can click here.

Registration

For almost all our events you can register via our Ticket System.

For our Level Three Seminars we ask you to apply via an email in which you describe your motivation for the Seminar.

If you are new to House of Being we might call you or invite you for an admission interview to explore your motivation and expectations.

If you are invited to an admission interview for our Tantra Year Training or our Level Three Seminars and the trainer believes there is no match between your motivation and expectations and the program we offer, then we reserve the right to cancel your registration (Tantra Year Training) or refuse you access (Seminars). In that case, that what has already been paid will be refunded.

Liability

Before our Level One, Two and Three training, we ask you to report if there are any health or psychological problems.

Staff members are not liable for any damage caused by or in connection with participation in a training from us, unless the trainer and/or assistants can be blamed for intent or gross negligence.

Staff members are not liable for any damage caused by canceling a training.

Intellectual property

We own and control all of the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website and the data, information, and other resources displayed by or accessible within the website.

Without express written permission from us, you are not entitled to disclose, exploit or in any way reproduce data and/or parts and/or extracts of the material provided during trainings or workshops.

Privacy

We use your personal data solely for actions required for your registration and the associated administration. We never provide your information to third parties - not even to people you meet in our groups. You can request, view and change your data at all times. To do this, send us an email.

You are not allowed to make pictures, video- or sound recordings in our workshop-/training room.

In some cases we make pictures or sound recordings ourselves. If we would like to use these for social media or our website, we will always seek the consent of all participants.

Behaviour and boundaries

Taking care of yourself as well as indicating your boundaries and respecting the boundaries of others is part of our trainings and workshops and is pointed out by the trainer. In each program the trainer also indicates the importance of confidentiality.

Trainers and assistants provide warm, attentive and committed guidance. However, the contact between them and you is never intentionally romantic or erotic in nature.

If you do not respect the communicated agreements or boundaries or otherwise exhibit inappropriate behavior, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the training or refuse you access to a subsequent training. In this case the paid investment will not be reimbursed.

If you as a participant are dissatisfied with the behavior of one or more staff members, the Complaints Procedure (see below) states what you can do.

Change of staff

Due to circumstances, we may have to change the announced composition of the staff.

Complaints Procedure

If, despite our meticulous care, you have a complaint you can report your complaint via email. In the email you explain the nature of the complaint, the people involved, your desired solution and how we can contact you. We will process your complaint and contact you within two weeks.
