1. Scope & Incorporation
These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants booking an event, workshop, coaching session, or training with House of Being (KvK 81735456). By completing a booking, you explicitly agree to these Terms, our Website Disclaimer, and our Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy.

2. Registration & Intake Matching
Most events are booked instantly through our Ticket System. For some advanced programs you must apply via email. If you are new to House of Being, we reserve the right to host an admission interview to explore alignment. If our trainers determine there is no structural match between your expectations and the training goals, we reserve the right to cancel your registration or deny access, issuing a full refund of any amount paid.

3. Somatic Safety & Attendee Responsibility
Tantra, embodiment, and breathwork involve intensive energetic, physical, and emotional engagement. Participants are entirely responsible for managing their own medical, physical, and psychological boundaries. If you have active psychological vulnerabilities or physical constraints, you are required to declare them during intake or prior to the start of training.

4. Financial Terms
All parameters regarding deposits, payment processing, deadlines, and cancellations are fully governed by our standalone Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy.
