Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. Payments & Options
We provide payment plans depending on whether the program is an intro workshop, a multi-day weekend intensive, or a week-long training series. Applicable rates are outlined clearly on individual workshop landing pages.

2. Cancellation Timelines & Refunds

  • Level Two Tantra Training: Your deposit of €300 is strictly non-refundable. Cancellations made up to two (2) months prior to the launch date receive a full refund minus the deposit fee. Cancellations inside the final two (2) months before launch are non-refundable for any reason. 

  • Level One Training, Couples Day Workshop and Couples Retreat: Cancellations made within six (6) weeks of the event launch date are completely non-refundable, and seats cannot be transferred to a future edition. Cancellations occurring prior to the 6-week window qualify for a refund or a credit package toward a different training course. €50 will be deducted to cover administrative costs. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to someone else by providing us with their full name and email address in advance.

    Level Two/Three Weekend and Level Three Seminar: Cancellations made within six (6) weeks of the event launch date are completely non-refundable, and seats cannot be transferred to a future edition. Cancellations occurring prior to the 6-week window qualify for a refund or a credit package toward a different training course. €50 will be deducted to cover administrative costs.

  • Intro to Tantra Workshop and Level Two Practice Session: All tickets bought for these workshops are completely non-refundable upon reservation. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to someone else by providing us with their full name and email address in advance.

  • Individual Coaching Sessions: Individual sessions can be moved or canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made under 24 hours require payment of the full session rate.

3. Cancellation by House of Being
If an event must be canceled due to low participant turnout or emergency trainer illness, you will receive a 100% refund of your registration fees. House of Being is not responsible for any personal travel or accommodation expenses incurred.
