Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. Payments & Options
We provide multiple payment tiers and payment plans depending on whether the program is an intro workshop, a multi-day weekend intensive, or a year-long training series. Applicable rates are outlined clearly on individual workshop landing pages.

2. Cancellation Timelines & Refunds

• Tantra Year Training & Level Two Residential Training: Your deposit (€300 for Level Two / €500 for Year Training) is strictly non-refundable. Cancellations made up to two (2) months prior to the launch date receive a full refund minus the deposit fee. Cancellations inside the final two (2) months before launch are non-refundable for any reason. If you choose to exit a Year Training mid-program, you remain legally liable for the full tuition balance.

• Level One Trainings, Couples Workshops & Weekend Intensives: Cancellations made within six (6) weeks of the event launch date are completely non-refundable, and seats cannot be transferred to a future edition. Cancellations occurring prior to the 6-week window qualify for a refund or a credit package toward a different training course.

• Intro to Tantra Evening/Day Workshops: All tickets bought for introductory short workshops are completely non-refundable upon reservation.

• Individual Coaching Sessions: Individual sessions can be moved or canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made under 24 hours require payment of the full session rate.

3. Cancellation by House of Being
If an event must be canceled due to low participant turnout or emergency trainer illness, you will receive a 100% refund of your registration fees. House of Being is not responsible for any personal travel or accommodation expenses incurred.
