Awareness Meditations

What is the common thread in all our experiences? What is the constant, always present feature of what we think, feel, see, hear? In these meditations, we’ll become aware of both consciousness and its content.

Healing & Relaxation Practices

These practices help you to stay present when you are confronted with difficult emotions or tension in the body. When you are in the midst of distress it seems logical to run away from it or let yourself be taken over by it; however facing your feelings with gentle care turns out to be a great gift.

grounding & Energy meditations

In these meditations you can connect to your inner fire and vital energy and let your body be supported by the earth. We practice being aware of the present moment as well as becoming familiar with the energetic sensations in our bodies.

Talks

In these talks we explore misalignments that are in the way of manifesting ourselves authentically and free. It can be helpful to have a notebook handy, so you can write down some insights while inquiring the topics.
