Sexuality is an intimate part of being human — and yet it is often surrounded by beliefs, conditioning, expectations, shame, desire and ideas about how we should be.
In this Level Three Tantra Weekend, we explore sexuality as a doorway into deeper intimacy with ourselves, with others and with life.
What we will explore
Our beliefs and conditioning around sexuality
Our relationship with the body, and particularly with our genitals
The psychological patterns that shape our experience of sexuality and intimacy
How we relate to sexual energy, desire, pleasure and vulnerability
What happens when we meet these experiences with awareness rather than judgement
Sexuality as a pathway into presence, connection and spiritual intimacy
Through tantric practices, embodied exploration and conscious encounter, we create space to meet what is here — beyond what we think sexuality should be.

Ultimately, this exploration points beyond sexuality itself: towards the tantric recognition that nothing is separate. The body, intimacy, sexuality and spiritual awakening can all be experienced as expressions of the same life energy.
For whom is this Training?
The Level Three Touch Seminar is open to all humans.
Minimum age: 18 years.
Prerequisite
A solid foundation in (classical) Tantra is required. Participation in our Level Two Tantra Training is recommended, although experience within another spiritual lineage can also provide sufficient grounding. A background in personal development will support your process.
Admission interview
If you have not attended any House of Being programs before, or if you have not completed our 7-day Level Two Tantra Training, you may be invited to an admission interview.
If invited, the interview is mandatory. It takes a maximum of 60 minutes and is held online. The cost is €40, invoiced separately and payable regardless of the outcome.
The interview helps us determine whether this seminar is a good fit for you at this moment. In some cases, we may therefore decide that the seminar is not suitable for you at this time. If so, any seminar fees already paid will, of course, be fully refunded.

Your teacher - Mirjam Maëla
Mirjam holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is trained as a coach specializing in body-based awareness and the language of the body.
For more than 20 years, she studied and practiced Dzogchen (Tibetan Buddhism), primarily at Rigpa and with Jan Geurtz.
Her current spiritual path is rooted in Classical Śaiva Tantra. She studies and practices these profound teachings with Hareesh Christopher Wallis and Daniel Odier. Mirjam completed the one-year immersion in Classical Śaiva Tantra with Hareesh and continues to study and practice the Kaula and Spanda paths with her root teacher, Daniel Odier.
Her teaching weaves psychological insight, embodied awareness, and non-dual spiritual practice into a grounded and accessible transmission.

Language
Depending on the group, Dutch or English. As soon as there is an English-speaking participant, the workshop/training will be facilitated in English. This is the case for approximately 90% of our trainings.
