Are you longing for more freedom and aliveness? Do you want to live authentically? Do you want an increased sense of intimacy with life?

In this short but powerful introductory workshop you can get a glimpse of yourself as a relaxed open being; you can experience the relief of letting go.

When we let go of masks and limiting beliefs about ourselves, we start discovering our inner truth. By exploring desires and boundaries, we learn to express ourselves from this place of truthfulness. In short this class is about being intimate with (all parts of) yourself. And from that place connecting truthfully to people around you.

What are we going to do?

During this profound Intro to Tantra workshop we will work with meditation, movement, breath, inquiry and touch in order to deepen our experiential understanding of truth and intimacy. In a safe and open space you are invited to connect truthfully with yourself and others. Always on a voluntary basis.

Why would you join?

The Intro to Tantra workshop will allow you to

  • experience more freedom and aliveness

  • savor the relief of being whole (by including your shadows and desires)

  • feel the beauty of true connection

  • find joy in simplicity

During our workshop you will be introduced to a Tantric way of Life. We are not aiming for a one-time experience, instead we invite you to shift your perspective on life and immerse yourself in truth and intimacy.

This Tantra workshop is a beautiful stepping stone to deepening programs either in the Netherlands or in Sweden.

Once you get a glimpse of your full potential and aliveness, you want more of this profound Tantric work!

For whom?

The Intro to Tantra workshop is for you if you’re curious what Tantra is about and/or if you wish for more ease in your life. As a seasoned practitioner you can use this workshop to enliven or deepen your practice.

The workshop is open for men and women regardless of sexual orientation; singles & couples with a minimum age of 20 yrs.

There is no prerequisite for this workshop.
