In our Level Three Touch Seminar, you will dive deeply into all layers of the principle of Touch. You could say that Touch is similar to Life itself—revealing, connecting, and constantly moving between form and essence.
We explore touch both as a human experience and as a spiritual doorway.
Touch on the Human Level
We begin by exploring touch as an expression of our humanity:
Can you truly receive touch?
How do you relate to boundaries?
How can you be deeply in touch with your own body?
These inquiries reveal how we relate to ourselves and others, moment by moment.
Touch from a Spiritual Perspective
From there, we open touch as a spiritual practice:
How can we connect with others beyond the limitations of the ego?
How can we experience oneness with the totality of life?
In this deepening Tantra seminar, unity can be experienced within and without.

What are we going to explore?
Touch softens and opens the body. When the body is open and relaxed, Spanda—the subtle pulsation of life—can flow freely. As Spanda flows, we may experience vibration, aliveness, awareness, and connection.
We begin to notice that all phenomena are manifestations of the divine—sometimes contracted, sometimes expansive. Gradually, a sense of separation dissolves. We become united again with all that appears.
In this way, we can touch life as it is.
Why?
In this Level Three Seminar, you may have a direct experience of wholeness—of your true essence expressing itself in many forms.
You are already complete. Already full. Already in touch with all expressions of life.
From this fullness, connection with another arises naturally. In moments, the sense of separation may fall away. There can be an experience of Divine Union—where sensations, emotions, and awareness are recognized as expressions of the same unlimited unity.
This glimpse of profound realization is deeply liberating. At the same time, it can enliven and enrich your relationships, bringing more intimacy, authenticity, and presence.
For whom is this Training?
The Level Three Touch Seminar is open to men and women (regardless of sexual orientation), singles and (occasional) couples.
Minimum age: 20 years
Prerequisites
A strong foundation in (Classical) Tantra is required.
Our weeklong Level Two Tantra Training is strongly advised. Comparable training or practice in another spiritual lineage may also be sufficient. Experience with personal development is highly recommended.
If you have a deep interest in this Level Three Seminar but have not yet joined our Level Two Training, you are welcome to register for the Level Two Tantra Weekend in November.
For all Level Three Seminars, trainer authorization is required.
The seminar will be hosted in English.
Admission interview
An online admission interview with Mirjam is required for participants who have not attended any House of Being programs or participants who did not complete our Level Two Tantra Training.
If invited, the interview is mandatory; it takes maximum 60 minutes (online) and the costs are € 50 (invoiced separately, payable regardless of outcome)
During the interview, it will become clear whether this seminar is suitable for you at this moment.
Your teacher - Mirjam Maëla
Mirjam holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is trained as a coach specializing in body-based awareness and the language of the body.
For more than 20 years, she studied and practiced Dzogchen (Tibetan Buddhism), primarily at Rigpa and with Jan Geurtz.
Her current spiritual path is rooted in Classical Śaiva Tantra. She studies and practices these profound teachings with Hareesh Christopher Wallis and Daniel Odier. Mirjam completed the one-year immersion in Classical Śaiva Tantra with Hareesh and continues to study and practice the Kaula and Spanda paths with her root teacher, Daniel Odier.
Her teaching weaves psychological insight, embodied awareness, and non-dual spiritual practice into a grounded and accessible transmission.

The Seminar takes place in the wonderful Oerboerderij in De Lutte (the Netherlands).
De Oerboerderij offers a grounded, homey atmosphere—an old farmhouse beautifully renovated with simplicity and comfort.
One of our chefs will prepare delicious, organic, vegetarian meals, ensuring you are well cared for throughout the seminar.
