In these meditative sessions we’ll become aware of both consciousness and its content. Through regular practice we’ll gently reap the benefits in our daily life.

Practicalities:
The Cultivating Awareness Practice Sessions take place every fortnight on Wednesday from 7:30 - 8:15 AM (CEST). Please join in on time; once the meditation has started, it’s not possible to admit you to the session.
